The club regularly organizes events such as debates, extempore speeches, group discussions, essay writing competitions, storytelling sessions, article writing, and public speaking workshops. The Psychology Society Club at Badruka College Post Graduate Centre (MBA) provides students with a platform to explore human behavior, emotional intelligence, and psychological principles that influence personal and professional life. The club aims to promote mental well-being, self-awareness, empathy, and effective interpersonal relationships among students. The club organizes a variety of activities, including interactive workshops, panel discussions, case study analyses, personality assessments, stress management sessions, mindfulness practices, and awareness programs on mental health and emotional resilience. These initiatives help students develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others while fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment. Through active participation, students enhance their emotional intelligence, critical thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities—skills that are essential for success in both managerial and personal settings.
The Badruka (MBA) Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (BMBA-IEC) is established to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, foster innovation, and empower students to become future business leaders, startup founders, and intrapreneurs. The Cell serves as a platform for transforming innovative ideas into sustainable business ventures through mentoring, incubation support, industry interaction, and skill development. The Cell functions in alignment with the objectives of the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Startup India, MSME, and other entrepreneurship promotion initiatives.
