Badruka College Post Graduate Centre (BCPGC) offers a full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme designed to develop competent and future-ready management professionals. The programme is aligned with the institution’s core philosophy of moulding managers who are globally competitive and capable of addressing the challenges of a dynamic business environment.

The MBA programme is structured over a duration of two years, divided into four semesters. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to combine strong theoretical foundations with practical exposure, ensuring a holistic learning experience. Through a blend of lectures, case studies, group discussions, simulations, and industry interactions, students are equipped with essential managerial, analytical, and leadership skills.

BCPGC admits 120 students into the MBA programme each academic year, maintaining an optimal student–faculty ratio to ensure personalized attention and effective learning outcomes.

Admissions to the programme are conducted through the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET), following the guidelines set by the affiliating university and regulatory authorities.
